There are many people think that migraine pain is excruciating! However, the symptoms of migraine are far more than a headache. Normally migraine has four phases (phase before headache, aura phase, phase and headache after headache phase). Many patients suffer migraines than normal, but the minority has vestibular migraines. If you go by IHS International Headache Society guidelines for the diagnosis and classification, if the migraine disease, vestibular migraine can not be found! This is called acephalgic migraine, optical migraine or migraine without headache.
vestibular migraine symptoms:
The disease begins with the normal stages of the headache progresses to the aura phase of migraine after it stops short. It skips the headache (pain phase). If you have a vestibular migraine, you have visual disturbances and other symptoms without the headache symptoms.
before the headache phase
This is referred to as a migraine prodrome. You can enter this stage before the recognition of migraine. It is the decrease in phase so it is very important to recognize. It has many physical symptoms such as:
1 - Fatigue
2 - food
3 - Frequent urination
4 - irritability
5 - neck stiffness
6 - Prison
7 - Diarrhea
8 - Depression
aura phase
It takes less than 60 minutes. Includes visual symptoms such as seats, a zig-zag lines and flashing lights before the eyes
.There are many other symptoms such as:
1 - partial paralysis
2 - partial or blurry vision (vision loss)
3 - Tingling or numbness in the face
4 - Visual hallucinations (wavy lines, spots, flashing lights and zig-zag lines)
5 - Olfactory hallucinations (smell odors that may not exist)
6 - Vertigo
7 - Reduced feel or touch or feel and increased contact
8 - auditory hallucinations
9 - Confusion in thinking
10 - Hearing the ability to reduce
